Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has penned an open note against the Khalistanis and Shubh's ongoing controversy. Canadian rapper Shubhneet Singh who goes by the stage name Shubh, had previously posted a distorted map of India, omitting regions such as Jammu and Kashmir, the North-East, and Punjab. Following his actions, Boat India took away its sponsorship and association with the singer and all his concerts from India got cancelled. Not only that, cricketers like Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya unfollowed him on Instagram and this sentiment ignited anger among many celebs who disassociated with the singer. Kangana Ranaut who is known for her bold stand and statements has penned an open letter requesting the Sikh community to end every tie with the Khalistanis. She took to Twitter and wrote, “Sikh community must disassociate themselves from Khalistanis and more Sikhs must come out in the support of Akhand Bharat, the way I am boycotted by the Sikh community and how violently they protest against my films in Punjab because I spoke against Khalistani terrorists is not a good decision or sign from their end." Her Tweet further read, "Khalistani terrorism makes them look bad and it will ruin the credibility of entire community and their over all perception. In the past also Khalistanis have severely damaged the whole Sikh community, I request the entire Sikh community in the name of religion they must not get excited or instigated by Khalistani terrorists, Jai Hind" Queen actress was earlier attacked in Punjab during the farmers protests when her car was stopped by a mob.

The actress has made a deliberate request against the Anti-India elements time after time and after the Shubh controversy she has took this moment to deliver a message at the right time. On the work front Kangana awaits the relase of her film Chandramukhi 2 that heads for September 28 release. She will be seen as an Air Force officer in upcoming film Tejas.
